Layla...I faltered @ 8:30 p.m. on March 11, 2003
Today would've been a great day but sadly it's not. My best friend Layla is stuck in the hospital with a freaking "brain tumor". Will it's not actually a brain tumor, the doctors say it's an "invisible" brain tumor. It's mostly pressure on the brain. It's not that dangerous but if it's not released the pressure can squeeze your brain. I don't know what's the scientific name for the condition.
They were giving my friend medicine to release the pain but it didn't help. So, this afternoon they had to give spinal tap. If you don't know what's a spinal tap is I'll explain it. If you have pressure on your brain that is caused by your spine, they stick a needle into your spine to release the pressure.
Layla is in so much pain. The anesthetics that went through her IV is burning her veins. Her back is killing her and they won't allow her to stand up. It totally sucks for her.
